Our Therapies
Get Quality Physiotherapy Treatments for Pain Relief and Recovery
We offer comprehensive range of physiotherapy treatments tailored to individual needs. Our therapies include manual therapy to enhance joint and soft tissue mobility, soft tissue manual therapy for addressing muscle and ligament issues, and electrotherapy techniques like electrical muscle stimulation to promote healing and pain relief.
We also provide laser therapy to facilitate tissue repair, dry needling to alleviate muscle tension, personalized exercise therapy programs, taping therapy for joint support and injury prevention, and cupping therapy to improve blood flow and reduce muscle tightness. These therapies are designed to support patients through various phases of recovery and rehabilitation

Manual therapy is a medical approach based on skilled “hands on” therapy to decrease pain and improve the mobility of joints, soft tissues and nerves. Manual therapy is used to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of symptoms and conditions.

Manual therapy of the soft tissues is the application of manual pressure to the skin, muscles and tendons, ligaments and fascia. The most common soft tissue manual techniques are: Deep tissue massage, sports and therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage Muscle Energy techniques Myofascial Release address the restrictions in the fascia

Using specialised devices designed to deliver customised levels of electrical stimulation to your body's nerves, muscles, or tendons, trained physiotherapists can harness the power of electrotherapy to promote treat injuries, promote healing, and offer pain relief.
Electrotherapy is a powerful tool used by many physiotherapists, electrotherapy treats chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, muscle wasting, and nerve pain by using targeted and controlled electrical stimulation.
Electrical stimulation or neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is a technique used to elicit a muscle contraction using electrical impulses. Electrodes, controlled by a unit, are placed on the skin over a predetermined area. Electrical current is then sent from the unit to the electrodes and delivered into the muscle causing a contraction. Contracting the muscle via electrical stimulation helps improve the way your affected muscle contracts. The physical therapist can change the current setting to allow for a forceful or gentle muscle contraction.

L.A.S.E.R stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. Laser Therapy involves applying low intensity laser light to relieve pain following damage to soft tissue. Laser therapy facilitates tissue repair and restores normal cell function. Low level therapy involves using an infra-red spectrum which penetrates the skin and stimulates the cells within muscles, tendons or ligaments, promoting healing.
What is Dry Needling Therapy? Dry needling is a treatment that involves the insertion of a very thin needle into trigger points or tight muscles of your body. The main purpose is to improve tissue healing and restore muscle function.

Exercise Prescription is one of our core treatment approaches. Our physiotherapists, have advanced knowledge in anatomy, physiology (science of movement), biomechanics and motor learning. They will target specific and safe exercise programmes for you, from the early stage of healing to getting back to your activities or favourite sport.

Taping is commonly used as an adjunct or temporary technique. Athletes often make use of taping as a protective mechanism in the presence of an existing injury. Some of the goals with taping are to restrict the movement of injured joints, soft tissue compression to reduce swelling, support anatomical structures, and as protection from re-injury.
